Log in to QQ Mail (English)
You are on QQMail.info, not Tencent. This page explains how to log in. The official inbox opens in a new tab when you are ready.
Before you log in
- First login is usually the QQ ID number, not the new @qq.com address.
- Use the English login page and change country/region if asked.
- If you never finished SMS + email activation, login will fail. Create the account first.
Open the official QQ Mail login
When you have your QQ ID and password, continue to Tencentâs English login. That is the real inbox. We do not host your mail.

How to sign in
- Click the green button above (official Tencent page).
- Type your QQ ID. If that fails, try the @qq.com address after the mailbox is activated.
- Enter the password and the captcha if it appears.
- The first time, QQ may ask you to activate the mailbox with the email you used at sign up (often Gmail).
Cannot log in?
No Chinese phone / SMS never arrived: start on the QQ Mail sign up guide or the account creation service.
Forgot the QQ ID: it is the number they showed after sign up, not always the email. Check the activation mail.
